Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every use of 2 Magic Words, including account creation, profiles, Magic Words, payments, messages, and uploaded content.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the service to:

• break the law or facilitate unlawful activity;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or rights;
• publish, link to, or transmit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, spam, phish, or deceive another person;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service;
• use automated means to scrape, overload, or bypass access controls without our written permission; or
• use payments, payouts, profiles, or Magic Words for fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited financial activity.

2. Content and Reporting

You are responsible for your content and for the permissions needed to publish it. If you believe content or activity violates this policy, contact support@2magicwords.com with enough information for us to investigate.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report conduct to appropriate authorities when we reasonably believe this policy, the Terms, or applicable law has been violated. We will consider the severity and context of the conduct and any legal obligations that apply.

4. Changes

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and its effective date are published on this page.
